We usually prepare your package within 2 working days and all shipping times will be quoted from the date the artwork is completed. Shipping times are a general estimate only. Changes and additional photo requests can of course prolong this estimate.

We also will not take responsibility for incorrectly provided addresses. Customers might need to pay for additional shipping costs if applicable.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

We don't accept refund due to wrong address. If you still want your shirt to deliver to your corrected address, you have to pay the re-shipping fee.
